The Craig Ranch Regional Park site is located at 628 West Craig Road between Revere and Commerce Streets.

Current Use
The property is currently operated by the City of North Las Vegas as Craig Ranch Golf Course.

History

1905 – Pioneers settle in the area

1910 – The ranch becomes part of the Southern Land and Development Corporation

1913 – The McFarland family farms the land as the Southern Nevada Fig and Alfalfa Company

1927 – The Craig family purchases the ranch and continues farming

1958 – The Craig family sells the land to the Stimson family who develop it into Craig Ranch Golf Course in the early 1960’s

2005 – The City of North Las Vegas acquires the golf course for development as the community’s first regional park

2006 – Planning gets underway for Craig Ranch Regional Park
